If the quote is missing or unexpected
Check the shipping zone, key, origin postcode, product weights and box dimensions first. Cached rates can persist for six hours. Use the troubleshooting guide before changing several settings at once.
When Pro is worth considering
Upgrade for a specific requirement: international quotes, multiple box presets or a prepaid satchel table you maintain. Try Lite to assess the basic setup first. A successful Lite test does not validate Pro-only features.
